Remarkable is the production by LE SEDICI farm of the excellent extra-virgin IGP olive oil, coming from the 600 olive trees of a typical local variety. The olives are collected in November by hand and the oil is cold extracted preserving its natural qualities and flavours. The annual production is around 600 – 800 litres.
